Delivery Coverage
We deliver to the 48 contiguous states in the U.S. For remote areas including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, please contact customer service to confirm delivery options. Delivery to some island regions is currently unavailable.

Delivery Time
Standard items: Ship within 1–3 business days after order placement; delivery takes 3–7 calendar days.

Large/heavy items: Within standard size and weight limits, delivery time matches standard items. For oversized items beyond standard limits, please contact us for a custom timeline.
Special Notes for Large Items
Items weighing over 50KG require the recipient to have a forklift for unloading. Facilities without unloading capability cannot accept such shipments.
Before shipping large orders, our team will confirm unloading conditions at your delivery address to avoid issues upon arrival.

Shipping Fees
Orders over 99 USD qualify for free shipping to the contiguous U.S. A base shipping fee applies to orders below this amount.
Additional oversized/heavyweight fees apply based on actual dimensions and weight, calculated automatically at checkout.

Customs & Duties
All U.S. orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Duties and taxes are included in your order total; no extra customs fees will be required upon delivery.

Shipping Liability
Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery. If your item is lost or damaged in transit, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to file a claim.
