Extended Warranty
You may purchase an official extended warranty at the time of purchase, extending coverage up to 24 months for additional protection.

Warranty Claim Process
Register your product serial number within 7 days of delivery to activate warranty coverage.
If your product malfunctions, you may submit a support ticket through our service portal for assistance from our technical team.
For large items, return shipping is covered by us for quality-related issues. For damage due to misuse, you will be responsible for related shipping costs.

Exclusions
Damage caused by accident, abuse, or improper operation is not covered.
Consumables and wear-and-tear parts are not covered.
Damage resulting from unauthorized repair or modification is not covered.
