Return Eligibility
You may request a return for any reason within 30 days of delivery, provided the item, all accessories, and original packaging are intact and in resalable condition.
Products purchased through authorized resellers are not covered under this policy. Please contact the reseller directly for service.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is covered by us for returns due to product defects or quality issues.
For discretionary returns (change of mind), you are responsible for return shipping fees. For large items, return shipping costs will be calculated based on size and weight and disclosed in advance.

Refund Process
Once you submit a return request, our team will review it within 1–2 business days and provide a designated return address if approved.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Additional Terms
Please confirm return arrangements with customer service before sending back large items to prevent damage during return transit.
